The main kitchen is professionally equipped with all utensils, and pots and pans. There is a center island for preparation and seating for 4, dishwashers, a walk-in refrigerator as well as upright fridge including ice-maker, pantry and storage for extra kitchen equipment, and state of the art appliances including double stove top, double ovens, and a professional fryer. The second Patisserie kitchen is located off of a separate family sitting room with its own cook-top, full oven, microwave, sink and dishwasher. The first bedroom, L’Orangerie, has a king-size bed (180 cm) and ensuite full bathroom with tub, armoire and conservatory leading to the gardens.</p>

<p>First Floor: Bedroom 2 is a master suite with three rooms. The large air-conditioned master bedroom has a king size bed (180 cm), speakers, satellite TV and beautiful garden views. Next door is a spectacular master bathroom with a soaking tub, double showers and double sinks. Finally, there is the large walk-in closet. Bedroom 3, Montpellier, has a king-size bed (180 cm) with ensuite bathroom with bath, large closet, and overlooks the courtyard. Bedroom 4, Les Baux, has a queen-size bed (160 cm; can be separated into twin beds) and ensuite bathroom with shower. It has 2 closets and chest of drawers, and overlooks the courtyard. Bedroom 5, Arles, has a queen-size bed (160 cm; can be separated into twin beds) with ensuite bathroom with shower, 2 Closets and chest of drawers, and overlooks the courtyard. An extra room can be used as a playroom but has two twin beds in the loft above TV room with DVD (European and US). There is no bathroom in this room. Bedroom 6 has a queen-size bed (160 cm) with a writing desk and chest of drawers. It has a dedicated bathroom across the hall with a shower. Bedroom 7 has a queen-size bed (160 cm) with an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. It has access to a large Private Terrace, and a walk-in closet.</p>

<p>Second Floor: The two bedrooms situated on the third floor are perfect for guests who want some privacy from the rest of the house.
