Very nice stone built Provencal farmhouse that has been restored with a lot of taste, perfectly located in the countryside among the vineyards of Bandol (district of Le Castellet), 10 km far from the beaches and seaside resorts of Bandol and St Cyr sur Mer. A rich offer of sporting activities can enrich your stay: hiking on marked hiking trails, mountain biking, sailing, diving, tennis, golf, motorsport - Circuit Paul Ricard .
The setting and the environment with an immediate open outlook and nobody opposite, are beautiful. Four terraces located in different places of the property, the nice swimming pool with its big pool-house, the outside spaces (generous and very nicely planted out) and the typical Provencal style of the property, in a quiet atmosphere, will make you spend great holidays.
The safety net around the pool can be easily removed by an adult.
The garden level comprises, an entrance, a big living room (sitting room and dining room), a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a shower room with toilet, a cloak room and a storey room/laundray. The first floor provides 2 Queen size bedrooms, one of them has air condition and acces to a balcony and the other one has an incorporated shower.
A third bedroom set on 2 levels has on the lower level 2 bunk beds and a single drawer bed, and on the upper level,on a mezzanine 2 single beds; this room is ideal for kids or teenagers. A bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a separated toilet complete the outlayings.
