A large and comfortable villa on a 5 acres ground located on a hill overlooking the forest, some vineyards, some villages and the sea on the horizon. Privacy, tranquillity, a large swimming pool in fairy-like surroundings near Grimaud and St. Tropez are the main assets of this superb property. It offers generous shading as well as a large terrace in the sun all day and two covered terraces. For the golfers, 3 superb greens are within a radius of 8 miles, the nearest one is onlu half a mile away.
Note that the path to the house is narrow and bumpy.
The property of 5 acres offers a great privacy and a dominant view on the wooden hills of pines, olive-trees, Stone- Oaks and vine yards with the village of Grimaud and the blue Mediterrian sea in the background. In this quiet resting place, terraces are shaded or exposed to the sun, a bowling pitch, a table tennis and some games for children as well as some beautiful Provencal vegetation will brighten up your days. The large covered terrace is equipped with two BBQs and a large table for lunch in the shade. Above the house, the very large swimming pool with its beautiful beaches in stone, where the view is marvellous, will be the favourite place of your stay there.
The entrance door leads to a spacious hall equipped with a baby grand piano. At the left side of the hall, we reach a corridor towards two bedrooms with each a double bed and ensuite shower room, and a third bedroom with 1 double bed and a single bed with also an ensuite shower room. Two separate toilets complete the facilities. At the right side of the hall, we find the pantry and laundry room. Three steps straight down from the hall, we arrive at the lounge with its monumental fireplace and at the right side is the dining room with its open kitchen where we access to the exterior into the covered terrace. By a beautiful mezzanine staircase, we access the master bedroom that includes an entrance with fitted wardrobes, a flat screen TV, a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a toilet, and a pretty loggia with an impregnable view to the sea. On the lower level, we find a completely independent apartment with an equipped kitchen, a lounge corner, a double bed and a night area with two single beds, which is separated from the main room by a curtain, and we must pass it to reach the shower room with a shower and a toilet. Storage spaces are plentiful, the decor is Provencal style with antique furniture and many paintings and volumes, composed of rounded, setbacks, beautiful lofts, provide exceptional charm to this home.
