220 sqm, 4-5 bedrooms, ideal for 2 families. Near fashionable St.Remy de Provence, Arles, Avignon, Aix. Roman cultural sites, markets, wineries, golf, beach, horse, biking..

The traditional Provencal 2-floor "Mas" of 220 sq meters has 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms ( 1 chidrens room with bunkbeds) . Downstairs the spacious livingroom areas are open with a lounge area and open well equiped kitchen as well as a cosy diningarea with a huge fireplace.

The 4 acres beautiful garden has a large swimming pool (10 x 5m), a poolterrace with a shady and comfortable lounge area. The pool has an alarm but is no longer fenced in

Trampoline and garden activities also makes this a great destination for families

A guest house of 12m2 with 3 beds is available in the garden. Dining and lounge areas include 2 terraces around the house. A Plancha/ BBQ area in the "herb/spice"" garden is ideal for outdoor cooking.
