You will find this beautiful farmhouse 2 km fromLe Barroux, hilltop village with stunning views of the Monts de Vaucluse and the Dentelles de Montmirail. The location of the house, with its huge ground of 3 ha. enjoying complete privacy, will be the haven for your holiday. The area offers many unique places for excursions to Mont Ventoux in the famous vineyards of Cotes du Rhone, not to forget the proximity of Carpentras, Vaison-la-Romaine, Orange and the 40 km distant famous Avignon.
The charming owners wanted to offer hotel comfort as hair dryers, small bottles in all bathrooms, lavender sachets on the pillows, fine linens, fruit baskets and bouquets of flowers in the rooms. A friendly welcome awaits you.
Behind the gate, by the path you'll discover this peaceful valley, in the hollow of the hill, at the foot of the rock, in an exceptional and magical environment . This authentic Provencal dry stone farmhouse is full of charm. The house is built in the south, around a large courtyard with a bowling alley, a climbing frame and shelter for rest with garden furniture. To the east near the kitchen, a large terrace surrounded by dry stone wall, with table tennis and stone barbecue welcomes you for your meals outside. Two beautiful cherry blossoms adorn the facade. To the west, a large lawn is extended by the beautiful pool secured and equipped with an outdoor shower. A comfortable sheltered summer lounge is tastefully furnished. Not far away, a second shelter for relaxing moments is available. The garden is beautifully landscaped with lavender and Provencal essences.
You have a one car garage and the outdoor parking is vast. The fence is natural because the rock and the hill are inaccessible.
The interior is comfortable and very neat, furnished with taste. From the terrace, the entrance is leads on one level a large living room including the kitchen separated from the dining room by a bar and a lounge with quality technical equipment. On the same level, two double bedrooms are available, one of which has opposite a large Italian sower room and the second, with direct access to the outside, an integrated bathroom . A separate toilet completes the amenities.
A beautiful wooden staircase accesses the upstairs hall that distributes a separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and integrated shower room, a large attic room of 50 sqm, with two lovely twin beds, two large sofas and a TV and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and bath.
