Description

This calm, original 1925's villa is situated in the very heart of the famous Cap d'Antibes. It's 2700m² park features a large and a separate kid's swimming pool, huge areas of pine shaded lawn, a boule place, sundeck and a car park. All sleeping rooms are air conditioned. Families with kids and pets are welcome in this traditional and elegant surrounding. All necessities for children as beach toys and baby cots, kid's high chair are available same as bikes.

One of several Beaches is just a 5min walk downhill. Most rooms offer sea view.

Next to the property, 5 minutes by car, is on the west side of the Cap Cote d'Azur's busy nightlife centre Juan les Pins. At the same distance on the east side in the heart of the "Angel's Bay" lies Antibes, with its world famous yacht harbor, Picasso Museum and the daily "Provencal" market. Famous "Marineland" and "Aquasplash", big events for children, are 7 km away. You will reach the Alpes with a lot of tracking and horse riding possibilities in less than one hour. Fancy and typical restaurants are nearby like famous cultural places.

The villa is kids friendly, but please accept, that the house and the pools are not monitored by the owner, so that the owner refuses to take any risks.

The rental fee includes the contracting, check in and check out by a local agency as well as weekly garden- and pool keeping. Not included are linnen, electricity and water costs.
