Description

The villa is located in the municipality of Saint-Paul de Vence. You will appreciate the quiet, very clear view and comfort. For us, a total change of location. We wanted a sophisticated Italian-Provencal decoration. The villa is fully equipped, all rooms are air conditioned and have their own bathroom (with hairdryer, horses) and toilet. It is ideal for a family gathering, even with young children. The living room and kitchen open onto the covered terrace and pool. The pool house awaits you to enjoy refreshments. There is a second refrigerator + wine cellar in the cellar. Lingerie is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, iron and ironing repasser.Bref, nothing is missing for your comfort.

The ideal is to travel by car or bus. The villa is ideally located for visiting Nice, Monaco, Menton, Antibes, Cannes, etc ..... but all the small villages of the hinterland.

House rules

You can organize an evening with friends but no party, events are allowed in the villa. The number of tenants can not exceed 8 adults. Tents and caravans are prohibited on the property. All safety instructions for the pool and the house must be respected. It is allowed to smoke only outside, it is forbidden to put the butts in the vegetation: the risk of fire is too important. Late arrivals are possible.

We had s lovely week break with our adult children and their partners. The villa is well equipped and we'll run. The guy who showed us around was very thorough He was very enthusiastic and knew his stuff. It did take some time which at the end of the day was a lot, but his advice came in very handy. It's a lovely villa in a nice spot, not overlooked. The two refrigerators and the wine cooler were a very welcome bonus. We would definitely come back again.

Response from the owner Thank you for that assessment. It is true that the villa is very pleasant. For info, for sportsmen, there is a dirt road to go directly to the old village of Saint-Paul (through the valley), it takes 30 '. For those who do not want to use the car, there is a bus stop at 5 'walk from the villa. By bus, you can discover all the villages in the hinterland (Vence, Saint-Paul, Tourrettes, Saint-Jeannet, etc ..) and all the sea from Menton to Marseille, through Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Cannes, etc. ....! The bus is very convenient on the French Riviera.
