"Maison Rose" is a two story Mediterranean style villa, with 4 bedroms and a private swimming pool, built on a terraced hillside with amazing vistas from sea to mountains, and a nice landscaped garden.
Upper Level: 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm), 1 bathroom with shower and bath tub, 1 separate restroom, living room with fireplace, open kitchen, 12 m2 terrace with barbecue.
Lower Level: 2 bedrooms, one with queen size bed (160cm), the second one with a double bed (140cm), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate restroom, living room, open kitchen, 25m2 terrace with pergola.
Note because of website limitations, this is listed as 2 bathrooms when indeed it is 2 Bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.
Below the house are three levels of terraced garden, with a swimming pool and a pétanque court. Pétanque game is played with metal balls, similar to Italian bacci ball, and a traditional pass time on every town square of Provence.
Total approximate floor space: 160m2, built on a 1000m2 plot of land. Private Swimming pool: 7,3 m x 3,5 m , with depth from 1,1 to 1,6m.
