12 mn walk from the Palais des Festival and Croisette and shops .-The house is located in an old residential part of Cannes. Cannes!!! The French Riviera that people dream of, with his majestic Croisette, its beaches, its palaces and its film festival. An authentic and luxurious city. The garden, the large patio and little mosaic pool gives the house an atmosphere that speaks of relaxation and well-being. Modern decor gives it a certain charm. A little corner of greenery just 10 minutes walking distance from the Palais des Festivals and the beaches, you can mix relaxation and exploration of the Cote d\`Azur. The neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves so you can enjoy the backyard garden in peace. The windows do not look out on anyone else`s place, it`s also very sunny which is quite an exceptional feature for a house right in town.]
Detailed property description:
-The villa is old but renovated and is decorated in a very current Mediterranean style. We live there all year, so there are all the modern conveniences. In summer the heat is not oppressive because the villa is well- insulated. The pool in the garden is pleasant and you can take a dip to refresh yourself and relax. It is filtered and perfectly clean (a large sand filter). In the back of the garden is a covered patio where you can sit and be protected from the sun (pool house). This villa is well located and one very rarely finds such a place for rent or for sale. We enjoy the atmosphere, which is notable for the simplicity of the decor. We wanted to keep an authentic look and subtly combine the modern and old styles. Some call the villa"Little Riad", others "The Tropezian", there are still other "The Italian". Each sees in it what he feels. For us, it feels different from all the surrounding paillettes in Cannes. In the garden ,there are 3 different spaces where you !
can eat, so depending how we feel we use the place differently . In the sun on the patio, for shade under the apricot tree, under the pool house .
The house is not suitable for the kids.
Cette villa bénéficie d'une situation très agréable: Quartier ancien très résidentiel,12 mn à pied du Palais des Festivals, de la croisette et ses commerces . Une ambiance de vacances et de tranquillité se dégagent par son emplacement et sa décoration très actuelle, mariant l'ancien et le contemporain. Un vrai dépaysement en plein centre de Cannes pour ceux qui veulent profiter des plaisirs d'une villa et rester proche de la vie Cannoise et sa majestueuse Croisette.

House rules
The neighborhood is very quiet and i's not possible to organize parties or different events. A nice place in the center of Cannes to spend peaceful holidays.
