Magnificent stone house of 200 m2, which can accommodate a large family or group of friends, with all the comfort. 5 bedrooms with double bed or two single beds are equipped for 10 people and a baby (available bed) and 2 additional beds if needed. 4 rooms are closed, the 5th is a mezzanine with a convertible equipped with home cinema. The living room has several sofas, a large table for 12 people, a fireplace-insert dry stone (wood provided) and a piano. Many books and games are available to the occupants. The house is equipped with all equipment and its image and has a WIFI connection. The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities and abundant dishes. A large garage provides bicycles free loan provides access to the laundry room with 2 washing machines, 1 tumble dryer and freezer. Adjacent is a lovely room with a large sauna for 6 people and a training machine. The private courtyard allows to park 6 cars. The large terrace facing south superbly but sheltered from the sun is equipped with garden furniture and adjoins the pool and jacuzzi. An exceptional view of the Luberon and the large landscaped garden will offer the occupants of the house. In the garden is a large stone barbecue, children's games (swings and cabin) and many fruit trees. The house provides laundry and cleaning and garden maintenance.
