The villa is located about fifteen minutes from Aix-en-Provence and its animations, 20 minutes from Aix-en-Provence TGV train station, 1 hour from Marseille Provence airport and 45 minutes from the beaches (blackcurrant, Bandol...).

Located on a large landscaped park with an impressive pool of 25 x 6 m, the House opened to the outside through large windows, offering generous volumes with a large living/dining room perfectly oriented due south as well as a large kitchen.

Rooms: four of the rooms are located in ground floor: room n ° 1 has a double 160 cm n ° rooms 2 and 3 one 140 cm bed and the room n ° 4 is a master suite with a double bed of 180 cm.

The floor is dedicated to the master bedroom (n ° 5) consist of a double bed of 160 cm.

(A service room is also available at garden level with 160 cm bed)

Each room has its private bathroom and dressing room.
