Description
Beach or swimming pool? This will be the most difficult problem to solve in this charming villa located in Théoule sur mer. For the beach option, simply push a little gate in the garden, walk 10 minute and you arrive on one of the most beautiful beaches in French Riviera. But maybe you will prefer to quietly rest on the terrace and enjoy sun and the heated pool.
Situation
The villa is ideally located on the “Pointe de l'Aiguille” in Théoule sur mer. It has direct access to a sandy beach and two small creeks by a forest path.
In 3 minutes by car you can reach the center of Théoule, its shops and excellent restaurants, but sportive people will prefer to have a 20 minutes walk on the beach path to get there.
In 15 minutes drive you reach Mandelieu and Casino hypermarket.
You are 12 km (7 miles) far from Cannes.
You can also easily access the A8 motorway and visit easily all what our wonderful region has to offer.
Housing
The villa has 4 bedrooms on 3 levels. On the main level there is a large air conditioned master bedroom with a large double bed, shower and toilet. At this level there is also a new and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, washing machine with drying function, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). This bright living room has two window doors on the terrace and offers a panoramic view over the bay of Cannes.
On the lower level, a large bedroom offers a double bed, a bath, a shower and direct access to the garden and the pool terrace.
At the top level, a first air conditioned bedroom offers a double bed, the second air conditioned bedroom has a double bed and two beds for children. These bedrooms share a shower room.
The villa is equipped with WiFi access.
Exteriors
The villa has a typical Mediterranean terraced garden with palm trees, an orange tree, a eucalyptus tree, a fig tree and many other species.
Three terraces allow o admire the panoramic view of the bay of Cannes, enjoying the sun near the pool or enjoy an aperitif in the summer lounge.
At night, the garden is illuminated by a combination of automatic lighting and remotely controlled spots for the terraces and the swimming pool.
With the gas barbecue you wil enjoy grills while watching the sailing regattas in the bay.
For your car, no problem, 100m from the villa is a private and closed land where you can park up to 3 cars safely.
Swimming pool is in service from June to September.
