Description
The property consists of two houses : the main house ( sleeps 6 ) and another smaller house ( sleeps 4 ). The small house can be rented for an additional 1000 Euros/week. (Please note that it's not possible to rent the smaller house on its own). Private parking is available within the property and can accommodate two cars.The villa is ideally located at the end of the very exclusive Cap d'Antibes. It is a stone throw away from the famous and colourful Port de l'Olivette where you can enjoy swimming in the warm open waters. A sandy beach is also 100m away. The Cap d'Antibes is famous for its fabulous views on the Alps and for its rich and famous clientele. The Hotel du Cap, one of the world's most exclusive resort is 200m away from the villa. It is also probably the best location to discover the French riviera and the region: Cannes and St Tropez to the West and Nice and Monaco to the East.

“Opening the bedroom shutters in the morning , to take in the view, was the perfect start to every day”
Perfect location for a holiday by the beach, just step out the door and you're then in 1 minute. Lovely views across the bay, from the bedroom balconies. Our children had a great time in the garden and pool, every evening after a day at the beach, while the grown ups sat outside watching the sun go down over the palm trees. If you're lucky, you might even get to enjoy a free firework display, while you're sitting in the garden, as the Hotel Du Cap has regular weekend weddings and isn't far from the property. Looking forward to going back next year
