From the outside, you will see a beautiful old house with stone walls, a swimming pool in the heart of a large terrace and panoramic views of the countryside. Inside the villa, modern equipment and contemporary decorations. The villa has been divided into two apartments connected by an external staircase leading to the common terrace. The villa sleeps up to 15 people. In complete autonomy, each apartment has a large living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate wc The villa is divided into 2 distinct parts. * 1st floor: (= 8) 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed / room (= 4) + 1 extra bed 1 place (= 1 person) Living room: 1 sofa bed for 2 (= 2 persons) 1 armless -bed (= 1 person) ground floor (= 7 people) 2 interconnecting rooms with 1 double bed / room (= 4 people) Living room: 1 sofa bed for 2 (= 2 persons) + 1 single bed (1 person = ). SITUATION: This house is located in the Provence countryside and yet only 10 minutes from the sea, near the cities of Martigues, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, but also near the small Provencal villages of the Luberon and the Camargue, with numerous sports and cultural complex sites in the region. This villa is a perfect holiday setting for one or two families looking for serenity with a central location and close to the sea.
