A SABLET, in a small typical circular village, in the heart of Provence, a big and beautiful house in village, 250 m² with terrace and garden, offering splendid views to the South on the dentelles de Montmirail.
You have also a large swimming pool suite (12 X 6 metres) secured with alarm, on another ground which belongs to me, planted with olive trees and pines at 40 meters from the House, you will cross to access of the arches of the eighteenth in the shade of which you can give free rein to your reverie, lying in a large hammock to frame wood.
This beautiful residence is ideal for a pleasant stay with family or friends, she enjoys an excellent level of comfort, and amenities, it is approved by an agency approved departmental Clévacances 4 keys on a scale of 5. New for the summer 2016 two large rooms will be air-conditioned! The House enjoys internet access wifi, flat screen TV, decoration neat blending contemporary and former. You will be charmed by the large volumes that it offers.
On the ground floor: - living room and dining room for 11 people, contemporary, fireplace furniture, flat screen TV and DVD player, - kitchen with appliances including American fridge, dishwasher, - office-library with sofa bed for two.
-South facing terrace with garden furniture and electric grill.
-Laundry room with washing machine, Ironing Board and electric iron. Corner playroom for children with table football.

Garden, as well as a large greenhouse of the artist with accessible exotic plants from the terrace, including a hammock to relax in a very zen atmosphere.
Large upstairs hall serving five custom styles and carefully decorated rooms:-Master Suite with double bed and solarium of 15 m² (beautiful view), very contemporary furnishings accented with classic touches, large bathroom with adjoining bath and large walk-in closet.
-room retro-modern, two single beds, with private bathroom with a large bathtub, contemporary furnishings and inspiration of the 1950s, - Provence bedroom with two beds furniture, simple style classic, (this is the only room without bathroom or shower)-nature room with double bed, washbasin furniture in teak and large Italian shower, nature decoration stone.
