Description of the villa: Large living room 40 m2 sea view, large table + large kitchen 20m2 American sea view terrace with large table and outdoor lounge. 1 bedroom of 12m2 with 160 bed with air conditioning, sea view and terrace + 1 bedroom of 12m2 with 140 bed sea view and terrace without air conditioning + 1 bedroom of 12m2 with 140 bed with air conditioning, pinewood and hills + lower level, level of pool, 1 large double bedroom 22m2 overlooking terrace, same level as the pool with 1 sofa bed 2 places, 2 single beds and air conditioning. + a single bed on landing under stairs. 2 bathrooms (1 each level) with bath-shower including 1 beautiful view of the valley and the pine forest. 2 toilets. In the nature and close to everything: Small shops and sea 2km (3mn), sandy beaches and nautical base (sailing school, windsurfing, rowing, sailboat rental, speedboat and canoe, diving, kitesurf) 10 minutes, pretty downtown around the old port in 15mn market Sunday and Tuesday and every evening, commercial zone in 15mn, equestrian center in 500m, excursion, climbing, VTT.
