Exceptional setting, beautiful sea view, island and hills, not overlooked, large swimming pool 5x10 m secure, large house with large living room and large kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 with sea view even bed, large terraces view sea, boules pitch, ping-pong, on wild ground 6000 m2 of garrigue and pine forest. More photos on request. Description of the villa: Large living room 40 m2 sea view, large table + large kitchen 20m2 American sea view terrace with large table and outdoor lounge. 1 bedroom of 12m2 with 160 bed with air conditioning, sea view and terrace + 1 bedroom of 12m2 with 140 bed sea view and terrace without air conditioning + 1 bedroom of 12m2 with 140 bed with air conditioning, pinewood and hills + lower level, level of pool, 1 large double bedroom 22m2 overlooking terrace, same level as the pool with 1 sofa bed 2 places, 2 single beds and air conditioning. + a single bed on landing under stairs. 2 bathrooms (1 each level) with bath-shower including 1 beautiful view of the valley and the pine forest. 2 toilets.
