Description
Carolina House is a house in Provence, independent with private pool, in the shady walled garden rich of beautiful vegetation. Perfect for a holiday in Provence. For lovers of Sun, a first terrace is accessible from the lounge and another for lovers of shade from the garden and the lounge. A beautiful view complete this provencal table.
It is located in the village of Goult, hidden Village in the Luberon, two minutes walk from the centre of the village and overlooks the picturesque Provencal countryside. Of the show to this nice Provencal cuisine, soils are clay.
The second terrace, you have a nice view on the mountains of Provence and the village of Bonnieux.
The frame and the beautiful fireplace add to the charm of this traditional stone house.
On the ground floor is a large Chamber, its private bathroom and separate toilet.
The floor of the House, three bedrooms and two independent bathrooms. Independent WC on the floor.
The outside of the House, its garden, its swimming pool outside of the Carolina House is dedicated to spring and summer vacation. Beginning in April, the generous vegetation in Provence is in bloom.You will find a pool of 9.50 m x 4.10 m with steps to a depth of 1.50 m and equipped with an electronic alarm. 2 parking spaces are reserved for residents of the home. The furniture, a barbecue, a parasol, sunbeds complete all.
The Interior of the home of Carolina House is new and complete: refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, cooker 4 fires, oven, microwave, TV, DVD player, channel hi fi, Ironing Board and iron. Cot on request. The furniture and the decoration of the House has been in over the years mottled antique and bric-a-BRAC of the Luberon, combining a blend of modern comfort and the charm of the old.
This House in Provence has a capacity of 8 people. Ideal to be rented in family or between friends: great and friendly, designed for the independence of all.

Response from the owner Sujet: La Maison Caroline, village de Goult en Provence Lieu: Goult Titre: Owner response ID#: 617692928 Linda's opinion is obviously the reaction to the negative opinion I made when she and her family left "La Villa Caroline in Goult".I made myself available to Linda at 10:30 pm the night of her arrival and I was kind enough to do for her the breakfast shopping for the next morning.The summer has been particularly hot this year in Provence and every room in the house has a fan and all the windows of the rooms are equipped with a mosquito net. It is obviously not possible to equip outdoor living spaces. Linda knew from the description that the house was not air conditioned, otherwise the price of the rental would have been different. Linda left the house in a big mess.
