VILLA ALOHA FREJUS: Brand new house with heated swimming pool in Fréjus, Var, Côte d'AzurThis contemporary villa of 135m², built and furnished this year will offer you all the necessary comfort to spend beautiful holidays. Fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV…).The villa can welcome cosily 8 persons (ideal for 4 adults and 4 kids). It is composed of a ground floor with swimming pool and a covered terrace, and a first floor with a large terrace offering nice view. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a large bed (160X200) and a bathroom with sink, shower and WC.On the first floor, the house has 3 bedrooms, one with a large bed (160X200), one with 2 single beds (90X190) and one with bunk beds (90X190). As well as a bathroom (sink, bath and WC) and a large terrace. Outside you will find a covered terrace and a heated swimming pool (6.9m X 3.5m) with salt filtration (quality water without chlorine). The swimming pool is heated from May to September. If you wish to heat the swimming pool in april it is possible but there will be an extra cost for it. Residential and calm district, ideal for family holidays. Located at 6km from beaches of Fréjus St Raphael and at 500m of a little commercial centre with a doctor, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, cash point…Perfectly located to visit the area, only 6km from the first lovely beaches and coves of the Esterel with his stunning red rocks, 37km from the gulf of St Tropez and his famous Pamplona beach, 38km from the world-renowned city of Cannes…For the VTT and hike lovers, you will find bicycle path nearby in the Esterel massif as well as unique walks offering breath-taking views over the Mediterranean Sea…Final cleaning, bed linens and bath towels are included.
