Description

House built in 2008. 250 m² habitable space and a studio of 50 m² on a plot of 3000 sqm fully raised and closed. Our house is located in a residential area popular Saint Remy de Provence. The place is very quiet and close to downtown. For your travel, we offer you a vehicle 9 seats (driver car) free. Fuel your responsibility. From the house you have the view of the Alpilles. The house is south facing. The size of the pool is 15 x 5m (Two alarms in the pool for children). The pool is heated until mid-October or late October depending on the outside temperature. Our house can accommodate 10 people. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 4 separate toilets. All our room are equipped with double beds. (We have a room or we can turn the double bed into 2 singles). Rooms are air conditioned. refreshing floor throughout the house Around the pool, there are plenty of sun loungers, garden furniture and ottomans. We provide bathroom linen, sheets, pillows and blankets. The towels for the pool. We can also providing everything needed for a baby; Bed, high chair, stroller, toys ect .... All the necessary dishes. Washing machine, dryer. Dishwasher. Two refrigerators, freezers etc ... Pool swimming pool, bar, ice maker, grill, griddle, pizza oven. In the week package, there is included 2 hours of cleaning, the gardener will also come one time in the week to maintain the garden and swimming pool. Package and exit cleaning included. Vehicle 9 places available to you for free. Our house is very nice for a family vacation, friends. From our house you can take walks or bike to the "plateau of Crau", there is also a fitness trail. The town of St. Remy de Provence is very pleasant, with its market on Wednesday morning, a city with lots of character and authentic. Many surrounding villages to visit (eg Leases of Provence, Avignon, Arles and the Camargue). We have a private cook who can come to your meals or appetizers. We can arrange a transfer station, ect ... airport by a chauffeur (optional).
