Description
This Provencal Villa is located in Coursegoules ca 20min from Vence. It is surrounded by 3 ha of land with its own park, peaceful and quiet in walking distance of the old medieval village of Coursegoules. The area is not overrun by tourist and yet only 50 minutes from the international airport of Nice. The nearest beaches of Cagnes sur mer are 30 minutes, and trips to Cannes or Monte Carlo are only 60 minutes.
The nearest town Vence, renowned for artists and painters is 20 minutes over a beautiful picturesque mountain road.
The entire area is ideal for mountain walks, bicycling - and horse-riding. There are two ranches close by.
The villa has all modern comfort including internet connection.

“NO PRIVACY”

Response from the owner I am very sorry the family was not happy at the place. I do everything in my power to respect my guest wishes and help as much as possible if there are problems. But what some peope don't understand is that a property surrounded by 3 ha of land does need maintenance in particular during the summer. By law we are responsible to keep the gras cut, we need to water plants and maintain the pool. We try to do as much as we can so not to disturb our guest. The only time I went to see the guest was when I had to ask him to remove the vomit a member of the family left in the garden and not to throw left over food behind the bushes as it attracts foxes and rats. I am sorry that the guest never mentioned during their stay there were things they were not happy about.

Response from the owner I am sorry there seem to be some disappointment. But the family made a booking for 2 people and only 3 days before arrival informed me that they were a family of 7. The room upstairs has an additional single bed which I made up. The temperature of the pool was always around 23-24 - and had to be refilled because the water evaporated due to the heat. As for security - I always ask before bookings if there are any children - and if so if they can swim - this family consisted of 7 adults - all well over twenty years old. I am sorry if there was some disappointment - but I did asked the family during their stay and before they left if there was anything they were not happy about and if they had any complaints - I was never told of any problems. It is always important to me that my guests feel happy with the choice they made.
