Located in the heart of a garden of 8000m2, largely wooded, facing the vineyards of Château de Beaulieu. This beautiful holiday home offers a whole spacious and outstanding distribution. The garden and the area has more than 2 hectares and are in an exceptional natural environment extremely preserved, near Aix en Provence. Quiet and absolute tranquility. 14mx7m pool and new tennis. Ground floor: Entrance with dressing room and bathroom for guests, large living room of 80m2 with living room, dining area and a kitchen. The set opens onto the terrace side pool partly covered with a dining area with a barbecue. At that level, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a small single room. On 1st floor: second lounge equipped, secondary kitchen. This set opens onto a large balcony terrace, facing south, pool side and also has independent external access. On this floor: 2 double bedrooms with a full bathroom and a toilet. At 2 em floor: a sixth double room with a bathroom and a playroom under roof with a bed for 3 people. perfect property for a family holiday. Getting around

A car is essential, because we are 5 km from shops proximities To get to the area you can choose between the train with the AIX TGV station 25 km away, or the plane with Marseille airport located 30 km.

Interaction with guest

The check in and check are performed by Serge in charge of the cleaning company that takes care of the house. It will take time to explain the operation of the house in its whole and will give some indication of the surroundings. A guide from the house you will also be awarded. For my part, not living there, I will be joinable on the phone or email if necessary
