Description

Villa Olive is a beautiful, authentic Provencal villa, offering great views, privacy and a large pool and bbq area. This is a unique property for the family who wish to have lots of space yet being close to the attractions of the Côte d'Azur.
The villa has about 12.000 m2 of beautiful grounds with far reaching views towards the Mediterranean Sea. The large (12*6 meters) private salt water swimming pool is in front of the main building. Terraces for outside dining can be found at the court of the property and near the pool where you also find a pool house with BBQ. You have a separate building with bar, billard, darts etc. About 5000 m2 of the land is dedicated to a small private fenced forest where you will find sheep grazing.
Villa Olive has 3 comfortable bedrooms with en suite private bathroom plus a living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. 6 persons will sleep very comfortable in the house with an option for 4 extra children in 2 fold-out sofa beds.
The villa is located close to the medieval village of Tourrettes sur Loup, ideally situated for exploration of the surrounding areas, Nice, Cannes, Saint Tropez etc. Distance is about 30 minutes from Nice international airport and 15 km from the Mediterranean Sea.
Outside you have about 12.000 m2 of garden and several parking spaces within the gated area.

You also have free wireless Internet.

The villa is located close to the medieval village of Tourrettes sur Loup.

Tourrettes sur Loup is a charming old village in the central Cote d'Azur of the southern France. It is ideally situated for exploration of the surrounding area: Nice, Cannes, Saint Tropez, Grasse and Antibes. Distance is about 30 minutes from Nice airport and 15 km from the Mediterranean.
The old town center has been preserved, with its narrow crooked streets, fountains and flowers.
Walking around the ancient streets and looking at the walls and houses is a trip through time. You will enjoy the many shops selling local crafts and art.
There are many small, cozy restaurants and the restaurant “Clovis” has earned a Michelin star. If you're a food lover, there are 8 Michelin starred restaurants within a 10 km range, but also a large number of other restaurants for every taste and budget.

Every Wednesday the town center is transformed into a traditional Provence market, where one can buy almost anything.

Tourrettes sur Loup is also an excellent starting point for exploring the area. You have about 20 golf courses within 1 hours drive. For shopping, you have Cannes, Nice and Antibes nearby. Every Friday, you can visit the large market in Ventimiglia (Italy) only 70 km away. For a day trip, we can recommend Saint Tropez or a visit to Gorges de Verdon, the grand canyon of Southern France
