Seasonal rental of an old mill with large garden and heated swimming pool for 10 adults and 8 children Provence, between Avignon and Carpentras, rental of a former mill renovated as rentals. Ideal for a holiday with family or friends, the Holiday House will seduce you with its charm and character and will bring to the family quiet, tranquillity and the sweetness of life in the countryside while remaining close to the many attractions in the area. Here, everything has been studied for the safety of the children and the tranquility of the parents.
The holiday house offers a surface of 280 m² on a plot of 6000 m², 1000 m² closed before the House and 4000 m² around the heated swimming pool.
On the ground floor: living room (+/-45 m²): TV, DVD, HIFI, WIFI Internet dining room of (+/-23 m²): large table and chairs for 18 people, Dresser.
WC professional kitchen, (+/-20 m²): Lacanche stove with 5 lights, 2 ovens, microwave, large fridge and large freezer, 2 dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, various kitchen utensils...
On the 1st and 2nd floor: the House has 5 main rooms, 4 family suites and can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults (5 pairs) and 8 children.
: Room 1 family: a bedroom with a double four-poster bed, a room with beds bunk for 2 children, a bathroom with bath, double basins, WC.
Bedroom 2: one double bed 160 (with the possibility to separate 2 x 80 x 200) and its own bathroom with shower, single washbasin, WC.
: Room 3 family: a bedroom with a double bed 160, adjacent but separated by a door a small children's room with 2 beds for 2 children (1 x 180 x 80 and 1 x 190 x 80) and a bathroom with shower, single washbasin, WC. Access to the bathroom through the children's room.
: Room 4 family: a bedroom with a double bed 160 (with the possibility to separate 2 x 80 x 190), adjoining but separated by a door a small children's room with beds trundle and a bathroom with shower, single washbasin, WC. Access to the bathroom through the children's room.
: Room 5 family: a bedroom with a double bed 160, adjacent but separated by a door a small children bedroom with 2 children's beds (1 x 180 x 80 and 1 x 160 x 80) and a bathroom with bathtub simple tub, Toilets. Access to the bathroom through the children's room.
Exterior equipment:-large terrace shaded in the mill: under a pergola with vines Virgin, furniture, Garden wrought iron and large gas barbecue - land of petanque 15 m x 4 m - Parking for 6 cars, 2 parking spaces covered under the carport - ping pong Table - electric with digicode outdoor and indoor heated swimming pool gate: 13 m x 5 m heated swimming pool, with pool house, shower, toilet, Arbour, chairs. It is fully fenced according to the standard in force.
The owners live in a separate, independent house located on the property. The garden and the swimming pool you are exclusively reserved. During the school holidays for their children, and in particular all July and August the owners do not live on-site.
Location: The House is situated in countryside 2 km from the village of Entraigues-sur-la-Sorgue.
The property is surrounded by fields and horses.
Entraigues is a village of 7000 inhabitants which enjoys a relatively central location close to the sights to visit.
You can discover within a radius of 20 to 40 minutes by car only the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Monts du Vaucluse, Mont Ventoux, Isle sur la Sorgue, Avignon, the Luberon, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Saint Rémy de Provence and the Alpilles, the Camargue...
