Apartment on one level, air conditioned and independent in villa with private pool, located 1 km from the picturesque Provencal village of La Garde Freinet, in the heart of nature with a wonderful view of the Massif des Maures 10 minutes walk from the village. There are more than 7000m² of land around the house or the crickets are having a field day. The construction is recent and therefore in very good condition, the apartment is approximately 110 sqm, is fully air conditioned very bright and friendly. A double door glass window gives the living room a large sunny terrace and the private pool of 8 meters 4.
