Description: Ideally located in the town of Cap d'Ail, bordering Monaco, this particular hotel has numerous advantages, starting with its panoramic view over the sea and Cap Ferrat.
The House of approximately 400 m 2, has six bedrooms, a master bedroom, each with its dressing and five bathrooms (shower in marble Italian). The master bedroom has for its part a lovely terrace with sea views. All rooms have very generous volumes and lines clean, giving the occupants of this mansion a sense of absolute luxury, as the Interior was decorated in a very contemporary way.
By will restore the nobility of the place, the property has been completely renovated six years ago. The most noble materials were used. The present massive parquet floors in the rooms, the marble in the entrance hall, majestic piece by its ceiling height that enchants the guests from the very first not. The staircase glass, very modern, offers an interesting stylistic contrast with parts it serves the upper and lower floors.
INSIDE: This property of Charles-White avenue is accessed either through the garden and a sumptuous perron, through a service entrance, by an entry with directly accessing the centre (front bakery)...

A beautiful infinity pool and beach teak appear at the entrance to the garden, offering breathtaking views of the Mala and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat Bay. The southern exposure of this space dedicated to relaxation is completely protected by a hedge and its height on street.
"The district in which this particular hotel is located is unique, said Benjamin Lopez, because it is composed only of superb properties. Courses are usually cramped, but it has the advantage of being flat, allowing it to host the very nice swimming pool and a delicious summer lounge.
Also note the presence of a self-catering apartment in ground floor.
The House has also a garage.
GEOGRAPHICAL location: We are a short walk from the centre of Cap d'Ail, on the Avenue Charles White at 9, near the beach of la Mala. This means that on a daily basis, all movements are on foot. The basse Corniche is height behind the property, which protects it from any noise nuisance.
This property is ideally situated, it has a breathtaking, style beautiful authentic time makes it timeless, and it presents the number of rooms perfect for a family holiday! The property is located only a few minutes walk from the legendary Beach from Mala. It is also a few minutes walk from the coastal path, ideal to enjoy the seaside, for sport or for Monaco (15 minute walk) without taking a vehicle.
