Beautiful and functional home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms detached house in Gordes stone situated in residential area 3 km from the village of Gordes on a plot of 2000 m2 planted with white oaks that provide plenty of cool shade during the hottest time summer. Enclosed garden and boasts an electric gate with remote control. The pool measures 10 meters long and 5 meters wide. Note that it is flat 1.60 meter deep. The pool has sunbathing and a garden. It is closed by a pretty dry stone wall and has a lockable gate and is equipped with an alarm compliant with current standards. The house has a terrace of 50 m2 decorated with a comfortable round table. You can enjoy a beautiful and comfortable garden furniture and an electric barbecue Weber and a large parasol. The area of the house is 140 m2. - 1 spacious entrance. - 1 large room including a dining room and a sunken living room. - 1 room with bed 140 cm, with a shower and a washbasin. - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 180 cm or 2 beds 90 cm. - 1 bedroom with a bed 160 cm. - 1 large bathroom with 2 sinks, a tub and a bidet. - 2 independent toilets. - Air conditioning in the central dining room dining area. The kitchen has a gas stove with a 5 burner gas stove, a dishwasher 12 cutlery, fridge, freezer fridge, microwave. Bed linen and towels and pool towels are provided.

“Chic house in beautiful South of France”
This was a lovely house in which to spend our week's holiday. It was very comfortably furnished and the kitchen was exceptionally provided with cooking utensils and china. The pool was very private and clean with good loungers surrounding it. The village of Gordes is exquisite and well worth a visit - as is Rousillon, the red village.
