Description

Contemporary villa on the heights of Vence with a stunning 180° view over the Mediterranean, surrounding mountain range and picturesque villages. The house can lodge up to 10 people , has a spacious living area and kitchen as well as spacious bedrooms withbuilt-ins and ensuite bathrooms as well as a dressing area adjoint to the master bedroom. The house has a superb natural ventilation system although aircon is provided for those who would wish so. All around are large balconies and wide terraces, one leading to the swimming pool secured with an automated cover and a glass paneled fence. You will be enchanted by the scenery and the complete tranquility.The garden provides a good play area and a 'jeu de boules' (petanque) as well as a wild part where you can admire wild flowers and butterflies and find the footmarks of a deer. You will also be surprised by the variety of activities available in and around Vence, the proximity of the beaches and the Mediterranean. Nice and Cannes are within approx 30 minutes drive.
