The villa 'Les 3 sources' is located between the village of Grimaud and Port Grimaud, in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
The beaches are a few minutes, less than 5km. The closest are in Port Grimaud or Beauvallon.
All shops as well as tennis, golf, Stud, karting... , boat shuttle to St Tropez...are in close proximity (less than 10 minutes by car).
The villa 'Les 3 sources' is an invitation to buddies, families with many bands, and why not, in the working meeting. It is fully equipped and comfortable. It is a real House to live and not an impersonal place destined only for rentals.
Large areas such as the terrace, the pool house or even the main lounge lead to large assemblies. The distribution of the rooms, terraces, and 3 independent parts of the villa on 2 levels, allow 14 people living together, while preserving the intimacy of each.
The villa is composed of:-T5 level swimming pool: 4 rooms (all with bathroom and guest wc + 1 wc) .terrasse overlooking pool - which may be heated at the beginning or end of season - kitchen, lingerie, stay.Parking access automatic gate - T3 garden level: 1 apartment of 2 bedrooms (T3 level garden) with equipped kitchen, 1 toilet 1, terrace and jardin.escalier of communication with T5 level pool.
(- T2 garden level: a 1 bedroom apartment 1bath 1wc, kitchen living room, terrace and garden Parking and automatic gate to the garden also level either in total: 7 rooms, 7wc, 6 bathrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 LL, 2 LV, 3SL / internet, wifi, home video giant screen and 2 TV channel + sat and GST..) .Shutter pool, property fenced, alarm.
All exposed parts South have air conditioning.
The parking spaces to park at least 7 vehicles. 2 entries have automatic gates.
The '3-way' villa is ideally suited to circumvent the national road traffic, and we will know indicate you the paths to take to reach the beach of Pampelonne, or the A8 motorway.
The direct environment is very quiet, the view full South completely cleared, and we can offer various benefits during your stay such as: running errands before your arrival, preparing dinner or lunch, buffet or cocktail around the pool...
The charm of Provence, Saint-Tropez, the massif des Maures, the Mediterranean, the beaches of Pampelonne, or even the local gastronomy are only a sample of the many pleasures to be enjoyed. You can enjoy the beauty of our region while strolling in the villages of Grimaud, Ramatuelle, Gassin, and of course, Saint Tropez.
