Description

Our luxurious sea facing villa was completely refurbished and extended in 2009 - designed and furnished professionally to a very exacting standard. the villa has been created with extensive entertainment and comfort features: large heated pool, substantial lawned gardens, with air conditioning throughout. The design of the villa has been created to take advantage of the 180 degree sea views from most rooms with large expanses of terrace benefitting from a Bose sound system and high quality furnishings with high end hi-fi and visual entertainment. There is even kitted out a very special area with multimedia gaming and 42" plasma with Xbox360 and Wii consoles, along with a computer for use by guests with wifi access - so you can keep in touch with the office!!!

The villa benefits from 340sqm mostly under cover. We have designed the villa for up to 14 people, but for comfort are limiting the occupancy for rental purposes to 12.

The large heated pool next to the designed outdoor kitchen, complete with gas bbq, is large and well equipped. We even have an extensive 700 bottle purpose built wine cellar, operated on a pay as you go basis.

As the villa is built into the hillside, the entry floor has with three bedrooms and all main living areas. Downstairs is a self contained two bedroom flat, allowing more than one family to holiday together but still have some privacy. The pool is also on a lower level, accessed by steps from the balcony. Bedroom configuration is three doubles and two bedrooms with bunks and a single bed. Bathrooms are one en suite, two more main bathrooms and a toilet upstairs and a bathroom with shower only in the downstairs area.

Children are more than welcome, and well catered for. We have stair gates, high chair, pool cover and alarm. Due to the location of Villa Arianne, a car is a necessity for your stay, and the drive does have secure parking for more than one car.

“A piece of heaven”

This is my third stay in the villa, and every time I open the front door its like coming home! Its not like staying in a rental villa, its like being in your own home. Every need is catered for from the vast array of crockery, through the two dishwashers, the ability to wash / dry your clothes before you come home, to the beautiful décor, comfort and setting. Waking up in the morning and stepping out onto the balcony you could truly be in heaven..... You can tell that this is the owners home, and not just a business to them. There are books and dvds, internet connection, fully Sky package, a stocked wine cellar, outside kitchen, huge BBQ - everything you could need for a wonderful holiday. I've been over the New Year period too, and the villa has heating as well as air con, so its snug and warm even when its a little cooler outside. Its well placed to get everywhere from Cannes, to St Tropez, to St Maximes to the vineyards - everywhere in fact. A true home from home, and I can't wait to go back.....
