Dear Sir or Madam;
We have the pleasure to present you our villa to 83510 Lorgues in Var (France).
Small town located at the borders of green Provence, Haute-Provence and southern Provence, 37 km from the beautiful sea (not yours, but Mediterranean), you will be staying in an oasis of peace, close to the major centers of interest such as the Gorges du Verdon and its majestic site (cliffs more of 700 m., ideal to initiate your mother-in-law to paragliding!), Quinson and its Museum of Prehistory (the largest in Europe, you might lose it, if you see who I'm talking about...!), Saint-Tropez and its beaches of Pampelonne (to see the jet - set!), as well as the cities: Marseille and his extravagance, Toulon and its harbour, Nice, its old neighborhoods (!) and its Carnival, Chin and its fair to lemons, Monaco and his palacewithout forgetting the «Roman» Frejus and its immense beaches Sandy (and not wheels) as well as its blazing sun on St-Aygulf - Les Issambres - Ste Maxime (IEA - aie redness on belle-maman!).
Our villa (classified 4 stars by the prefecture since 2002) is independent but not isolated (security), has all the comforts of a modern residence (see annex lease), is located on landscaped and wooded land (palm - groves - Laurel) of 5265 m², on a street in cul-de-sac away from major traffic axes, sleeps 8 + 2 beds + 1 extra bed baby and the use of e.P.O. in our little corner of paradise, is not yet prohibited (water - Pastis - Olives).
You will enjoy a relaxing poolside (always keep an eye on belle-maman!), fully fenced and secure (alarm) to the latest standards in force (ability to close off all access to young children as well as husbands who pushed too much on drink!), with an area of +/-60 m² (l.: 12 m x l.5m x P.: 0.80 m to + 2, 10 m), well enough to not feel like a goldfish in his jar. The pool and its surroundings will be maintained and cleaned every 2 to 3 days by our piscinist (early in the morning 6-7 h), well before your alarm clock... or your lying (that's you see!).
Our rates are inclusive of VAT (very very expensive, not kidding... though!) and include: regular cleaning of the pool and its surroundings, end of stay cleaning, 'water-electricity' charges, local taxes, provision (for the bravest): a ping-pong table, 5 bike (we provide the equipment, you bring the energy required for its operation!), to a bowling alley (and I have the balls that go with it!), playground (hardware on-site... also) badminton, basketball hoop and ball, weight training apparatus (insured biceps) as well as sun beds and hammocks (for the less adventurous like me, this is the holiday anyway!), our little "cabbage bits" are not forgotten with 2 gantry swings - slide - strings and a sandbox. The good mood and the Sun are included as well as water in the swimming pool which is graciously offered by the House!
This idyllic place will enchant you with its calm, stay in class VIP (genuine Invitation to laziness), just troubled by the sound of crickets and Loons from your Cherubim, everything will be magnificence around you for a bright holiday.
