Superbe villa avec vue mer panoramique exceptionnelle sur le golfe de Saint-Tropez, elle permet d'accueillir 10 personnes grâce à ses généreuses dimensions. La décoration est de grande qualité . LOCATION UNIQUEMENT A LA SEMAINE DU SAMEDI AU SAMEDI OU AU MOIS.Entrée dans un immense hall avec coin repos qui dessert un vaste séjour avec grand canapé d'angle, espace repas, cheminée décorative et très belle vue mer. Au même niveau la cuisine fermée est entièrement équipée avec du matériel de grande qualité et dispose d'un coin repas. Ces pièces s'ouvrent par de larges baies vitrées sur les terrasses couvertes de la maison qui offrent de très beaux panoramas sur la mer et le Golfe de Saint-Tropez. A l'étage de la villa, l'immense chambre de maître est équipée d'un très grand lit 200x200 , d'un écran grande largeur et s'ouvrent sur une belle terrasse à la vue dégagée sur la mer et Saint-Tropez. La salle de bain de cette chambre est pourvue d'une grande douche balnéo pour 2 personnes, d'une baignoire jacuzzi, de 2 vasques , toilettes indépendantes et un grand dressing. Vous pourrez prendre votre douche avec vue sur la mer et sur Saint-Tropez!!!Toujours à l'étage, la chambre d'invités dispose également d'une belle surface, d'un balcon avec vue mer et d'une salle de bain en suite avec baignoire d'angle , toilettes indépendantes et un dressing. Au rez-de-chaussée, une mini-suite accueille une chambre avec grand lit, une salle de bain avec baignoire d'angle, toilettes indépendantes et un dressing. Elle s'ouvre sur le jardin de la maison et offre également une belle vue mer.Enfin, les deux dernières chambres de rez-de-chaussée sont équipées chacune de 2 lits simples qui peuvent être rapprochés ,une penderie dans chaque chambre. Elles se partagent une salle de bain avec baignoire d'angle et toilettes indépendantes, des toilettes indépendantes dessert les pièces à vivre. A l'extérieur la superbe piscine à débordement avec plage inclinée est à fond plat à 150cm sur une longueur de 15 mètres et 6/8 mètres de largeur. Les terrasses couvertes de la maison vous permettront de prendre vos repas et apéritifs à l'abri du soleil tout en profitant de la magnifique vue sur le Golfe de Saint-Tropez . Un pool-house à proximité de la piscine abrite les transats extérieurs . A l'arrière de la villa, une autre terrasse vous permettra de prendre les repas dans le jardin.Au-dessous de la villa, un immense garage permet d'accueillir environ 5 véhicules avec un espace fitness. Le terrain a été également aménagé d'une zone d'atterrissage d'hélicoptère réservée à la villa . La propriété est entretenu par un gardien qui vit dans un appartement indépendant à l'arrière de la villa sans vis-à-vis avec l'habitation principale. Vous serez conquis par cette très belle demeure aux prestations de qualité mais également à l'emplacement privilégié au calme dans un domaine fermé et à quelques minutes seulement de Saint-Tropez des plages et des commerces.(la taxe de séjour est de 1,65 € par jour et par personne ,celle ci est à régler sur place le jour de votre arrivée)La villa est strictement réserver aux vacances pour 10 personnes maximum.
