Description
A wonderful contemporary property located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with superb views across the Bay of Cannes. The villa offers five air-conditioned bedrooms, designer kitchen and living room giving onto a flat lawn with palm trees, shaded outdoor terraces and 12 metre mirror pool.
The front door opens into a spacious, marble floored entrance hall with guest cloakroom and designer glass staircase. The four bedrooms are located on this level. One room has king sized bed, two rooms have two double beds and one room offer two single beds, which can be joined into one double. Two rooms have en-suite whereas two other rooms share one full bath. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have flat screen TV and electric security shutters. From the master bedroom there's a panoramic terrace with sea view. Another double bedroom has doors onto a quiet side patio with table and chairs and garden and sea views. Back to the main entrance hall and reinforced glass stairs which lead down to a fabulous large open-plan living room with comfy seating, TV and fireplace. Sliding doors open onto a covered outdoor terrace and to the lawn and pool. There's a separate dining area with seating for 8 next to a fully-equipped designer kitchen with preparation island and bar with bar stools. Behind is another bedroom with e-suite, guest toilet and the utilities room with washing machine and dryer, second fridge freezer and ice maker and a wine cooler.
From the living room, doors slide open to a covered outdoor area with comfy seating next to the lawn and pool. To one side is another larger covered outdoor terrace with a beautiful round mosaic dining table and gas BBQ. The various terraces are south facing towards the pool and have sea views. The villa has a wonderful 12x5.5 metre heated mirror pool with electric security cover and gentle step access. Around is the pool terrace with comfy loungers and manicured flat lawn dominated by two magnificent mature palm trees. The lawn is bordered by a white balustrade overlooking a tremendous view.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and is accessed via a small lane with two sets of electric gates, and is fully security alarmed and CCTV.
