Villa Reve offers all for an unforgettable holiday.
The owners rent out their villa to guests who appreciate the unique combination of nature, tranquility, comfort and privacy.
The Provencal villa with pool is situated on 1 hectare of private land in the “Parc Residentiel de l'Esterel”, a guarded “Domaine de Haut Standing”, located in a unique nature reserve at the French Riviera.
All within 10 min driving distance of the Mediterannee with it's beaches, restaurants, harbors and towns
Lower ground
The large living room has a lounge area with a fireplace and satellite TV. The dining area has a large dining table seats 8-10.
The master bedroom is air-conditioned and has big doors connecting to the terrace outside. There are two single beds. The en suite bathroom has a bath, shower and separate toilet. In the passage to the lounge is another separate guest toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped, provided with a dishwashing machine, fridge, induction stove, hot air oven and an extractor. The scullery has a washing machine a dryer and a microwave.
The outside patio has a large dining table to sit 8 people.
First Floor
The upper level has 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds). There is a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet.
The garden
Villa Reve is situated at 300m altitude and provides beautiful panoramic views. The property is about 1 hectare in total with natural habitat and total privacy.
The pool is 10 x 5 m.
Parc Residentiel de l'Esterel
The Parc Residentiel de l'Esterel is a guarded residency of 550 hectares, situated on the RN7 between Les Adrets and Mandelieu. There are about 140 villa's all on large properties total privacy. From the highest point of the park you can walk straight into Massif de l'Esterel (the nature reserve) to go for a nice hike and spectacular views.
Surounding
It is only a 10 minute drive from the Parc Residentiel to the beach of Mandelieu-la-Napoule or through Les Adrets to the A8 highway. There is barely any traffic in this area.

“Een mooi familiehuis,rustig gelegen met alle privacy”

“Beautifull House, splendid location”
We stayed for a week in this house with a group of 6 golfers and it was perfect. Super located in the centre of the Côte d'Azûr (10 golf courses within 45 minutes) The house is light, modern and spacious, has a large private closed terrain with swimming pool and stunning views over the mountains. The Mediterranean coast with nice beach restaurants (La Napoule) is at 10 minutes’ drive. Dutch Housekeeper Marigot was very helpful.
