Description
This beautiful new Provencal villa with private pool is very well situated on the hills overlooking the gulf of Cannes in French Riviera. Set on a garden of 2800 m2 with olive trees & cypress, the villa is very spacious (240 m2) with double living-room of 60 m2, five bedrooms sleeps ten & more, three bathrooms with toilets + one guest toilet, a second living-room (downstairs). Full equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, washing machine, bbq, parking for max 3 cars are available. Children welcome.
There is an electronic pool-alarm.
The property is set in a very quiet residence area at the walking distance from the charming Medieval village of Saint Cézaire (10 km from Grasse, 20 km from Riviera Coast, 45 km from Nice International Airport). The location is very good for exploring the Cote d'Azur, Provence : Cannes, Mougins, Antibes, Valbonne, Saint Paul de Vence, Nice, Monaco, Saint Tropez, etc...
In a radius of 10 Km. you can find 7 golf courses & within 20 Km. 5 more.
In the village you will find many shops (butchers, bakeries...), a supermarket, a pharmacy & 5 restaurants.

“Perfect House for vacation for family of 10 persons”
Nice House, pool and surroundings. 10 minuts walk to the old part of St Cezaire with market on Saturday. We would like to visit it again next summer.
