Sleeps 8. 4 bedroom villa. Beautiful family holiday home with MAID SERVICE (3 hrs/day Mond to Frid). South facing has been completely renovated with 4bedrooms 3bathrooms located in the prestigious area of Super Cannes, the villa has a private heated swimming pool and secure for children with exceptional Pool House/bar and lounge area beautiful terraces & landscaped gardens. The grounds are 1400m2 fenced with electric gates and space to park cars inside the property.
Children Safety, There is an alarm for the pool and a fence if required to secure pool from children access. This fence can be added or taken off easily only by adults if needed. Children equipement: high chair, baby bath, baby park, cot , toys, pig pong table

The situation of the villa allows easy access to Cannes, Golfe, Juan and Antibes using back roads to avoid busy summer traffic , within 10 minutes drive from the chic beaches of Cannes and La Croisette, offering all the amenities of amazing views, restaurants boutiques and night life.

CLEANING/ towels/ linen/ MAID SERVICE:
Cleaning 3 hrs per day 5 days a week included.
Maid/housekeeper service is possible on week end rate 20 Euros per hour.
