Charming Old House 150 sq meters (built in 50's) completely restored in 2012 with Marvelous view on Famous Nice riviera Baie des Anges. 2 levels in total.
Sunny all day long, south view face to the Mediterranean sea.
Very functional and modern kitchen all equipped, separate relax salon room, a terrace with big balcony to lunch or dinner outside, also big garden terrace for Barbecue, a big garden all around (2000 sq meter).
Free Access to marvelous and big swimming pool.
Private car park.
With Family and Friends.

2 kilometers from the best beach Villefranche sur Mer, or Nice center port.

“Very quiet and beautiful view”
We were 4 people on our fifties. Very good house, with lunch terrace on Baie des Anges view. Big swimming pool that I have not tried as it was a bit cold 18 degrees in october.
