An elegant and refined world opens its doors for holidays between Nice and Cannes : VILLA 45.
This VILLA 45 nestled at the heart of the picturesque medieval village of La Colle sur Loup offers lovely views of the surrounding mountains and faces Saint-Paul de Vence artists village, 5 minutes away from the mythical "Colombe d'Or" and the Maeght Foundation.
Set amidst a beautiful landscaped garden with olive trees and palm trees, it is a perfect retreat to enjoy a blissfully slow pace of life in the French countryside.
The generous outdoor decking area is a highlight in the design of the VILLA 45, built on two levels, with a great view on Saint Paul de Vence. It boasts a fully appointed covered cooking and dining area on the upper level, along with a lounge area with comfortable seating.
Mixing the rustic with the ultra-modern, the villa oozes charm and character. Inside, original wood beams, tile floors give an immediate feeling of warmth and authenticity to the house, while the décor is very modern with funky accent pieces. The main living area is bright and airy, with a fireplace in the middle of the room and a dining area. The sleek, contemporary kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar and a wonderful view on Saint Paul de Vence. The VILLA 45 has an inner courtyard. Air-conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi are available throughout the house.
Perfectly suited for friends and families, the villa sleeps up to ten guests in five stylishly appointed bedrooms. All have their own luxurious en-suite bathroom, TV screen, music player and access to the terrace, with beautiful views of Saint-Paul-de-Vence. The bedrooms have queen size beds.
While relaxing in the comfort of the villa is a perfectly valid option, there is also plenty to do in the vicinity : hiking, riding, canyoning, mountain biking in the backcountry, spending the day at the beach, or visiting places of historical interest. Art lovers will enjoy the Foundation Maeght in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, the Picasso Museum in Antibes, as well as the Chagall, Renoir and Matisse museums outside of Nice.
Shopping lovers will enjoy the biggest mall in Europe : Polygone Riviera.
Otherwise, Vence, Grasse, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and Italy are all within easy driving distance. In the wintertime, skiers can get their winter sport fix within a 1.5-hour drive.
The village of La Colle sur Loup offers a large selection of cafes and restaurants, and has everything you need right on your doorstep – bakery, butcher, greengrocer, chemist, post office, and hairdresser.

The beaches and the racecourse are within 10 minutes and the first mountains (Gréolières) are 45 minutes (1h 15 to Isola 2000 and Auron).
Monaco and it´s casinos are only 40 km away. 10 km away from Marineland and amusement and water parks. Just 15 minutes from Phéonix Parc and it´s museum.
