Villa Tropez is a true French Riviera experience. Nestled amongst rolling hills of vineyards, olive & oak trees in the Gassin des Maures hills, yet near Cogolin gourmet shops, the elevated aspect enjoys panoramic views of the valleys of St. Tropez. The property has been used & featured in films / series, & is a celebrity favourite, due to its true Provençal charm, private facilities & location.
It easily accommodates 12+ persons (maximum 14) with 6 bedrooms, most with ensuites, all with private access & french doors opening onto stunning terraces. Flexible twin / double / triple bedding options & bedroom layouts.
Bedrooms 1 to 4 are in the main villa.
Bedrooms 5 & 6 (more basic style, under the villa with lower ceiling height) are accessed externally on the lower terrace level, ideal as a teenager retreat, staff, persons wanting their own privacy.
Quarter-Olympic size pool (13m x 7m; naturally warm due to sunny position and dark heat-attracting tiles) with in-pool bar seating, child wading platform.
Free Wi-Fi in the Villa, Sky TV channels in living area, traditional pizza oven, coffee machine, Weber BBQ, formal & al fresco dining.

There is a wellness pavilion for your own use, with yoga deck, gym equipment, mats, meditation corner, boules pitch, ping pong table. Large level grassed areas perfect for private fitness sessions or family games, set amongst expansive grounds of one acre (5000sqm), including an 'oliveraie', olive grove, & other areas in their natural woodland state. The property borders are fully fenced with electronic gates.
In a rural location with no traffic noise, the property is convenient to local beaches & only a couple of minutes' drive, or a scenic cycle route, to Cogolin village supermarkets, boulangeries etc. These roads/lanes are traffic-free, an extremely important aspect when choosing a location for easy access to supermarkets, bakeries etc in the popular yet often-congested Bay of St Tropez.
Villa Tropez is an true example of Provençal living, with spacious open-plan living areas to capture views & fresh sea air. Enjoy the simple Provençal eat-in kitchen for breakfast, the terraces off each of the bedrooms, the shaded arbor seating 14 by the resort-style pool for lunch; or at night, the grand terrace under starlight, illuminating the vineyards.
The property is not situated anywhere near a busy road; quiet meandering vineyard laneways provide the entry access to the quartier Villa Tropez is located in. The location can't be beaten: well situated to avoid coastal traffic on the congested D559/98, & easy access to shops, 15 mins to St Tropez. (Times dependant on seasonal traffic): 10 minutes drive to bay beaches (5km), on to St. Tropez town & port. 3 minutes to supermarkets (Cogolin), boulangeries & winery cellar doors. 20 minutes to the white sandy Mediterranean beaches & clubs of Pampelonne.
With lovely English & French speaking caretakers who live locally, we have a wealth of local advice, & suggestions on how to spend your days: hiring bicycles to follow the popular scenic river route, along the vineyards. A nature trail walk through the ancient oak forest from the Villa gates. A gentle jog through the vineyard farmland. Or the local winery cellar doors in the neighbouring fields.
Over the past 13 years Villa Tropez has welcomed guests to this secluded holiday retreat in the bay of St Tropez for a relaxing, rejuvenating experience, where the charm of Provence meets the Cote d'Azur.
