Come relax and forget the stress in this lovely villa! We are fortunate to be in a sunny and near the sea. With its garden of 1350 m2 in a private road, you will have all the benefits of the sea but without the drawbacks. At about 3 kms from the sea, you can access it easily without the tumult of the sea. You can rent our villa for a week in high season and even weekend in low season or per night (minimum 3 nights). La Seyne sur Mer is located at about 60 kms from Marseille and Saint Tropez, you can get there by train, plane or car. We are 7 kms from Toulon by car but you also have a maritime line between Toulon and La Seyne sur Mer. Many activities await you! We are at your disposal to better inform you about the activities and tours you can. Do not hesitate ! Contact us if you need more information. Marlix Villa welcomes you with its 2 bedrooms composed of 1 double bed and 2 beds in order to sleep 4 people. The bedding was changed in 2012. You will find all the modern comforts (flat screen TV, WiFi, multimedia center, telephone, electric gate, GPS and computer available) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower various massage jets and water temperature displayed on a digital screen .. the fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook delicious meals.
