Description
This is a pretty Provencal house
with a panoramic sea view (from the pool, lounge, balcony, terrace and all bedrooms). It is located in Sainte-Maxime (near Saint-Tropez) at about fifteen minutes walk from the beach of the Nartelle (famous long sandy beach where the sea is usually very clear).
The house has an enclosed ground and the interior has been renovated a few years ago (kitchen, windows, plaster ...). The area is quiet and residential and there is an easy access to shops (by car). The house is cool because it is shaded by an old pine tree and the neighbors are far enough. You can eat on the balcony (with beautiful sea views and hills) because it adjoins the kitchen.
