Villa Ad Alta is single floor, highly specified, fully air-conditioned quality Villa located within a prestigious Cannes Domain renowned for its unsurpassed vintage character. The Villa was recently completely renovated inside and out, with a creative passion, attention to detail and style.
Accommodation comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 doubles, 2 twins and 1 cot. In addition, a sofa bed is provided giving good flexibility for large groups. There is a spacious Conservatory housing the indoor air-conditioned dining area for 10 persons.
Villa Ad Alta has beautifully landscaped (NOT OVERLOOKED) 950m2 private gardens, with extensive terraces fronted by stone walls, ancient Olive Trees, Fountain, Statues and a covered summer kitchen, with Gas-fired Hot plate, sink and tiled work surfaces; perfect for BBQ’s and outside cooking. There is a long-gated driveway giving ample parking for up to 4+ cars. We provide 8 sun loungers with cushions in the front garden area. Outdoors games are another feature with a Table Tennis Table and a Boules court in the rear garden.
The communal pool within the Domain is large and deep and there is a shallow paddling area for children and infants; The Pool is located a 400m away walk through Domains grounds.
The Villa is well suited for Cannes Congress stays or business guests, with 1Gig Fiber-based broadband and WIFi throughout the Villa.
Villa Ad Alta location is only minutes away from major road links, allowing easy access to all the “MUST DO” Cote d’Azur leisure activities and tourist attractions. Cannes Center is 10 minutes’ drive or a short bus ride away, this enables you to be immersed in Cannes Chic culture, in the midst of fantastic sights and sounds one moment and then choose to be remote from the hubbub the next. Pool, Sun, Sea and the choice of whatever other pursuit interests you at your fingertips.
Head into Cannes and leave the car, the No2 BUS and the PALM Night service will get to back to the Villa at up to 3 am!

The Property has a large Conservatory housing the indoor air-conditioned dining area for 10 persons.
We also have a Boules court (Petanque Court) in the properties grounds (Boules provided).
The Villa's Audio Visual system includes 50inch (128cm) plasma TV screen, HOME CINEMA surround sound system, BlueRay Player and HD satellite TV reception in English, French and Italian.
Two additional Satellite connected LCD TVs are also provided, one in the Mezzanine and one in the Chalet.
The Villa is well suited for Cannes Congress stays or business guests, with Fiber-based 1Gig broadband and blazing fast WiFi throughout the Villa.

Bedroom 5 is located within a detached 20m2 air conditioned Chalet within the Villa's grounds and which also is luxuriously equipped with a full ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom #4 is a Kingsize Futon located at the Mezzanine level.
N.B. Access to the Mezzanine is via a steep staircase which is NOT recommended for use by children under eight years old or the elderly.
We also provide a Sofabed in the lounge area which can be used depending on a Parties bedroom requirements.
For guests that prefer not to use the Mezzanine this SofaBed is another option.

We have paid as much attention to crafting Villa Ad Alta outdoor spaces as we have for it's indoor spaces.
Well kept garden areas with Lawn areas Front and Rear, Ancient Olive trees (some of the oldest in Cannes 500years+), Purpose built Summer Kitchen, Statues, Fountain, Extensive outdoor lighting. Sun Loungers are provided. A Boules court is located in the Villa's rear Garden area.

“Spacious, convenient villa”
Not too far from the main centre of Cannes, with a few local amenities. It was the perfect accommodation for overnight stay. Overall a pleasant and quiet area.

“Home away from Home”
Had a lovely stay at Villa Ad Alta Summer 2017. Great location for beach, supermarkets and visiting nearby beautiful/interesting towns and villages (Mougins, st Paul, Nice etc.). Recommend a car to make the most of visiting the area.

Villa Ad Alta is set in a peaceful and very well maintained domain, with Cannes port , city centre and beaches all very accessible. The villa is very comfortable and it's outdoor terrace and swimming pool are a real asset ! All the digital equipment are of a high standard and my kids were thrilled to play Playstation and watch Wimbledon and Tour de France on a fantastic TV. We always looked forward to returning to the villa after a days activities, which for me is the real test . We had a rental car but it might have been a little more difficult without one , as shops were a drive away. In all , we had a fantastic holiday and Villa Ad Alta played a significant part in adding to our positive experience.
