Description

Beautiful villa with private swimming pool located in Domaine Val d'Azur - an exclusive domain, with free use of 3 tennis courts, large communal pool, volleyball field and children's playground. The villa is on flat grounds of approx. 2,000 sq.m.

The villa has a large lawn, spacious terrace overlooking the swimming pool of 8mx4m. There are 6 sun beds by the pool and a dining table and 6 chairs on the beautifully situated veranda. There is also a Weber barbecue. The beaches of Cannes and Antibes are approx. 15 km. away. Valbonne and Biot which are nearby, are lovely Provençal villages with many fine restaurants. Nice airport is approx 30 min.

There is a cosy sitting room with fire place, separate area with wooden dining table and a mezzanine with sitting area (TV). Wireless internet for free. From the living room you enter the kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge. A washing machine and dryer are in the garage as well as an extra fridge. There are three airconditioned bedrooms, all on the ground floor all with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, renovated in 2017 both with toilet, modern washbasins and rainshower.

Please note we only do SAT-SAT 1 week minimum rentals. In high season not possible to check in on another day than Saturday.
