Reached via pine scented avenues in the secluded peace of a private domain, this property will comfortably fit a group of up to 10 adults and children.
10 minutes from Mougins, 20 minutes from the centre of Cannes and just 30 minutes from Nice airport, this home offers plenty of open living space including a large, comfortable living area, a modern fully fitted kitchen and open plan dining room, 5 air conditioned bedrooms / 4 bathrooms (3 ensuite) and a separate summer / games room with pool table and babyfoot. Shaded terraces for al fresco dining overlook a large landscaped garden with childrens' play area. There is also a family sized swimming pool of 6 metres by 10 metres with a separate barbeque area.
Nearest shops are just 5 minutes drive where you can get all the provisions you may require, including your morning bread and croissants.
You are ideally situated to be able to enjoy total privacy in an idyllic, peaceful setting with open views across the Foret de Peygros, whilst also being within easy reach of the beaches of the Cote d'Azur, the shopping, dining and nightlife of Cannes, Antibes and Nice, the national parks and trails of the Alpes Maritimes or the many regional vineyards.
St Jacques is just a stone's throw from the perfume capital of the world Grasse, where you can visit the many museums and perfume producers or simply spend the day in one of the street cafes people watching.
You can get a true feel for the real Provençal lifestyle, by visiting one of the many nearby historic hilltop villages typical to this region, including Mougins, Gourdon, Tourettes sur Loup all within a short drive.
For those who love action, golf, riding, swimming, sailing, windsurfing, hiking, hangliding, biking and in the winter, skiing.... its all within easy reach!
