Description
The Med Nest is just a 2 minute drive or a 5-10 minute walk to the local beaches. It's quiet and peaceful, yet only a 20 minute drive to Cannes or St Raphael. The villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market and excellent restaurants for eating out.
The villa benefits from its own private pool. Leading from the living room is a terrace with sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two double and one triple (double bunk) bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
The Med Nest sleeps a max of 6 people.

“Penny pinching and amateur owners with poor customer skills”
Were charged £80 for replacement kettle (which we didn't break), and the time to drive to collect it
Response from the owner We were not advised by the tenant that there was a problem with the kettle after their arrival, and after their departure it was found hidden in a cupboard. I think they had tried some amateur cookery by boiling an egg in it or something. However we, as owners, needed to pass proof and photographs to HolidayLettings before they could take any money from the deposit, which evidently was enough to prove damages were due, plus there was no objection by the tenant when a claim from the deposit was made. The kettle itself was only £45 but as we don't live at the property, we needed to pay our cleaning lady for her petrol, and time additional to the item itself. Hopefully this particular tenant has learned that in future they should replace damaged items themselves rather than run the risk of losing some of their deposits. Unfortunately these people exist amongst us :(

Response from the owner Yes The Med has been for sale for approx. 5 years. The above comments are a complete fabrication and exaggeration of the Truth. The client in this case was clearly the sort to attempt anything for a refund, and complained about issues that didn’t exist or exaggerated things that were quickly rectified. There are 2 sides to every story, so if anybody wishes to contact me (the owner) I will be happy to explain the ethic of this particular client, and their clear frustration of us not adhering to their unreasonable demands after the rental. 07829700788
“Very sad to leave!!”
This is a lovely house in a beautiful part of the world. We travelled as 5 friends and it was perfect for us. The kitchen was really well equipped and there were plenty of places for al fresco dining. You definitely need a car as there are limited shops/restaurants in walking distance, but it's a great location for days out. The house is situated in a very tranquil setting, and the pool was a decent size and very relaxing to lay around. All in all we had a great time at the Med Nest.
“Exactly as per the pictures, a great place to stay”
The Med Nest was exactly as per the pictures, but they do not give justice to the peaceful, beautiful surroundings. The garden has matured since the photos were taken and whilst you still have good sea views, the pool area is very private. It is a 3 bed house, so plenty of room for a larger family or group. It has good aircon and decent wifi. The rooms, bedding, bathroom etc were all lovely and clean for our arrival. The pool is very good and there are plenty of outdoor areas for al fresco dining. It is only a short 20 minute drive from the airport to the house, but you will need a car to get about - you are up in the hills and you will need a car to get to the local shops and restaurants (L'Air du Temps was very nice). Pay the extra for the Jacuzzi - it was great to chill out in a hot jacuzzi at this time of year when it gets pretty cold at night. If you are visiting in Feb/Mar, the day time temp is a very nice 18-20 degrees, but pack some jumpers for the evenings as it drops right back down to 4-6 degrees.
