Immense south facing villa with beautifully large swimming pool. Landscaped garden with stream.. You can relax on one of 10 terraces while listening to the sound of the waterfall. Villa can be subdivided for privacy and peace for multiple family groups. On one floor, studio with dining room / kitchenette, and very large bathroom (bath + shower). On main floor, 40 sq.m. lounge, kitchen and a bedroom with another large bathroom.. Bedroom on upper floor (with wc) has view of St Tropez. All 3 bedrooms able to accommodate extra beds. The well maintained garden has a multitude of fruit trees & bushes. Strawberries in abundance all May. Cherries, apricots, black and redcurrants plus gooseberries and peaches / nectarines June. Pears & plums plus apples and figs in July / August. A lemon a day all year. Only fruit absent is banana tree! Bio food addicts to note that veg at most times of year: Lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, carrots and French beans Spring and summer- plus cucumbers and melons late August / September.. Pool 12x6 metres. Depth 1.6 -1.8m. Close to sandy and clean La Croisette beach & tennis club. Beach faces St Tropez. Quiet residential area. Damage deposit is payable. Linen hire at small supplement. Cleaning service at supplement. Villa guardian normally lives in the house via an independent studio.
