Exceptional property, which is the perfect nest for countryside lovers who need piece and quiet. It can host 2 people for sleeping, and up to 8 people for indoor or outdoor dining.

Located on an acre plot of pine and oak trees, with a breath taking panoramic view of the ´Massif des Maures´ forest, the villa is the dream retreat for a couple in search of freedom. There is no one to be seen around, and it offers an amazing sense of peace and quiet.

The location is ideal, between Entrecastaux, one of the most beautiful villages of South of France, and Cotignac, a luxury holiday retreat that kept the authenticity of Provence villages.

The house has a southern exposure and is made of stone, as well as the floor, the pool, the bathroom and the terrace. It was built in the 18th century and has been renovated with love in the past years, to the highest standards of style and comfort.

The villa is displayed as a loft, with a very large (75 sqm) room that features:

Living room: sofa, 2 armchairs, 2 resting chairs, cable TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi

Dining space: table and chairs, which can accommodate up to 8 people. They are authentic 50´s retro furniture

Open kitchen with stainless still appliances

Bathroom, Design style: large shower with a waterfall blade and stone walls, stone sink, toilet

A large mansard-roofed loft is located at the upper level with:

A king size (200x200cm) bed

A resting area with a 3 meter long sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table that overlook the pool

While indoors is cosy and comfortable, you will probably love spending time outdoors that’s to these amazing amenities:

Private pool, 8x4m long and 1.70m deep is made of stone and replicates the sea colour. You can also use it at night as it’s lighted. Pool has a protection that keeps the water warm, and enable you to save 2 to 3 degrees!

Large terrace, remote controlled lighting

Giant barbecue and Outdoor dining for up to 8 people
