A beautiful villa situated in a quiet and residential part of Jonquerettes, a small village 5 mi. away from Avignon. Close to shops, yet quiet, you will be delighted with its beauty, its sophisticated comfort and its location in the centre of a region which has plenty to offer. Everything has been thought of in order for you to enjoy the Provencal atmosphere around famous places like the Luberon, the Alpilles, the Camargue, the Gard or enjoy the many festivals around, among which the most important one, the Festival of Avignon, in July.
Located on a 1300-square-yard enclosed plot, the exteriors are clean and harmonious, and you feel like you are in the countryside, although it is a residential area. You'll enjoy the balmy summer evenings around the "plancha" in the veranda, opening by sliding doors onto the pool which is very well conceived to maintain an average water temperature in the low season thanks to a motorized translucent cover, ideal to guarantee a secure pool area for kids. Around the pool, 8 sunbeds and 3 deck-chairs as well as small tables are installed to make your rest more enjoyable.
On the ground floor, a small hall opens onto a comfortable sitting / dining room with a provencal country-style open kitchen. It is well equipped and has direct access to the veranda which has a kitchenette with a plancha to improve your meals. To the left, a master bedroom opens onto a terrace. It has a double bed and a private bathroom with bathtub and shower. The adjacent second smaller bedroom with a single bed is.ideal for a child Two separate toilets are also to be found. The technical installations, laundry and boiler room are of the latest facilities. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a double bed each, a third with two single beds and two shower rooms and a separate toilet. The interior of the house is definitely neat and tasteful.
