This luxury holiday villa, nestled within a superb, large pine forest at the limit of the departments Bouches du Rhone and Var, offers calm, privacy, generous spaces and includes all that one can wish to spend relaxing and successful holidays. Without any opposite neighbours, you are really safe from any glance. For the sporty ones, only 1.5 miles away are 3 mountain bike trails and also 1.5 miles, for hikers a "GR 51" hiking trail " Balcon de la Méditerranée" ( Cassis -Belgendier)The everyday shops are located 2 miles far from the house, in Ceyreste and to reach the beaches of the bay of La Ciotat about 5 miles.
The place is gorgious. The very large swimming pool beneath the house with pool house and equipped summer kitchen completes the outfittings.
The house, maintained and of excellent standing is very well outlaid and furnished. It offers generous spaces, including one large commun space where a living kitchen, a dining room, a charming small arched hall and a comfortable lounge with fire place are touching one the other. The lounge offers a splendid sight on outsides. For the conveniences, a small room serves as study and a back-kitchen makes office of storeroom and laundry. On the groundfloor you dispose of a separated WC, a shower and hand wash basin. The upper level is divided in two wings: one of them offers three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate WC. The wing opposite, two bedrooms, a bathroom with balnéo bath-tub, a shower and a separate WC.
Very beautiful property within magnificent surroundings, offering calm and located within only a few miles to the sea and the bay of La Ciotat with its nice beaches.
