Owner notes
In May and October, guests may decide if they wish the pool to be opened or not - if it is, the weekly rate becomes the same as in June and September.
There is an extra €250 child security deposit. There is an extra €250 pet security deposit.
A special fee may be negotiated directly with owners for small parties of 2, except during the months of July and August.
A special fee may be negotiated for stays of 3 weeks or more.
Linen and Towels (good quality) can be rented for a fee of €14/pers/week.
For guests staying more than a week, our house caretaker will come for a quick cleaning and to change the sheets (for those who did not bring their own). Weekly maintenance of the swimming pool and equipment is included in the rental rate.
