- 25% of rent to be paid at reservation, with a minimum of €500, due when rental agreement is signed.- An additional Cleaning Charge of €100 applies for indoor cleaning plus an additional charge of €10 per person. The Cleaning Charge will be paid with the final balance of the rent due not less two months before the start of your stay- A refundable Damages & Breakages Deposit of €500 required with final balance payment, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)- Final balance payment due not less than two months before the start of your stay.We accept payment by bank transfer in Euros.  No credit card, check or Paypal payments.
